Can I quit baseball?

Well Ben had his first T-Ball practice yesterday and after about 20 min. that was his question? Um no... was my reply! Especially since your daddy his the head coach!  They were all pretty much hysterical, 4 and 5 yr olds running every direction! I'm sure there be plenty of stories and lots of pictures to come!

"WE SHOOT DUCKS!"

LAST WEEKEND WE TOOK THE BOYS TO MEMPHIS FOR THE GIN SHOW.  WILL HAD TO WORK AT THE SHOW SO I DECIDED IT WOULD BE FUN TO GO SEE ELLEN AND MAKE IT A FAMILY AFFAIR!  WE DID SO MANY FUN THINGS, THE BOYS GOT TO BACK TO THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM (WHICH THEY LOVE!), GO SEE THE DUCK AT THE PEABODY, VISIT THE GIN SHOW WITH ALL THE TRACTORS, AND FINALLY GO TO THE FIRE MUSEUM!  WE STAYED DOWNTOWN AND WERE WALKING DISTANCE OR A TROLLEY RIDE TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING.  THEY LOVED THE TROLLIES.  THEY WOULD STOP RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR HOTEL, AND THEY THOUGHT IT WAS SO COOL! 

SO GETTING TO THE TITLE OF THE POST,  ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON WE TOOK THEM TO THE PEABODY TO SEE THE DUCKS AND WATCH THEM WALK.  WE DECIDED TO TAKE THEM ON THE ROOF TO SHOW THEM WHERE THEY LIVED.  WE WERE THE ONLY ONES UP THERE WHEN THE DUCK MASTER BROUGHT THEM TO THE ROOF, SO HE SHOWED THE BOYS A LITTLE "EXTRA" ATTENTION.  WELL, WE START HEADING DOWN ON THE ELEVATOR WHEN THE DUCK MASTER ASKED ARCHER " DO YALL HAVE DUCKS WHERE YOU LIVE?" TO WHICH HE REPLIED "WE SHOOT DUCKS!"  :)
